Manufacturing of any leather product take up to 3 to 5 days (this is only for retail Customers)

Express Delivery takes 1-2 days depending on your location.

There is a courier fee of R120. Free delivery is available on orders over R2000. (this is only for retail Customers)

Warranty: This item entitles the purchaser to an extended 3-year warranty on any item in Excelsior Leather online store.

In case of defects to any leather bag, Excelsior Leather will repair the bag free of charge for 3 years from the purchase date.

Please note that leather is a natural, durable, & flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in colour, which are not defects and are not covered under the terms of this extended 3-year warranty.

Defects covered include rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on products.
