RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIR POLICY
- We offer 30 day returns/exchanges, and 14 day refunds for any product purchased in store and online. Returns can be lodged at the factory, through the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website or by logging into your Excelsior account on our website. All Courier fees for exchanges or refunds are for the customer’s account.
- Returns specifically excludes personalised products.
- Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact as at the point of sale.
- The goods are unused and undamaged.
- All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
- Excelsior Leather reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.
- Products purchased through PayJustNow will only be refunded once all payments have been received from the customer
Warranty for Tools
We offer an extended 6-month warranty on any leather tools or hardware in Excelsior Leather online store.
In case of defects to any tool or hardware, Excelsior Leather will replace any tool or hardware free of charge for 6-months from the purchase date.
Warranty for Leather Products
We offer an extended 3-year warranty on any item in Excelsior Leather online store.
In case of defects to any leather bag, Excelsior Leather will repair the bag free of charge for 3 years from the purchase date.
Please note that leather is a natural, durable, & flexible material. Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on products. These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in colour, which are not defects and are not covered under the terms of this extended 3-year warranty.
Defects covered include rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on products.
