In case of defects to any leather bag, Excelsior Leather will repair the bag free of charge for 3 years from the purchase date.

These features may include small leather scars, creases, or variations in colour, which are not defects and are not covered under the terms of this extended 3-year warranty.
Defects covered include rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on products.
